What we would ask of you is to recall examples of ideas or projects. Through careful and thoughtful planning and presentation, we can secure you your endorsement. What we need to demonstrate is how you went outside your job responsibilities to create, innovate and improve workplace.

Have you pitched a new way of sending emails to your supervisor? Have you suggested your team to do something differently? At some point, you certainly have since no innovation is too small!

Our main goal here is to flesh you out as a character. Please bear in mind, that the Tech Nation receives many applications from various super-duper tech-meh multi-billion founders. Even if you might count yourself fitting description, a Tech Nation caseworker might not.

What we do here is we work on selling you and your story as whole, not just a faceless mishmash of documents and facts. Due to the obscure and private endorsement process, your visa depends on the decision of the person evaluating you as a whole. By making you story interesting, your case solid, and you, likable as a character, we can secure an endorsement.

Plain and simple. The Tech Nation requires at least 3 of these letters. Nevertheless, these letters are subject to a few rules and must be in a certain format, by effectively:

• Meeting all the specific Tech Nation technical requirements;
• Coming from leading specialists. People signing these Recognition letters and appraising you as a leading talent should be leading talents themselves. It is one of the guidelines. The logic behind this is that the Recognition letter should include the signer recognising you as a peer rather than a random Joe Shmoe commenting on how smart you probably are;
• Being written in a personal manner. Strict and dry letters are hardly helping Tech Nation to evaluate you as a person, who will be shaping the future of your professional field;

We will talk about times when you have been invited to speak anywhere. Every public speech you have given in your life does matter. This would go to your CV, add value to our application, and potentially be a competitive edge. If possible, we would advise you to actively participate in selected events and conferences.

We will collect everything that is on you on the web. If possible, we would advise you to write some articles to the recognised free-to-publish websites.

We will include you awards in your portfolio. Just as innovations, no award is too small!
